The Ethiopian Capital Market Authority (ECMA) held a closing ceremony for participants of the 2026 Summer Camp and Online Investor Education Program, marking the completion of two important learning initiatives.

Over two weeks, Summer Camp participants explored key areas of the capital market ecosystem, while the Online Investor Education Program provided a 12-week learning journey to strengthen participants’ understanding of the capital market.

At the ceremony, ECMA Director General Hana Tehelku congratulated the participants and encouraged them to apply the knowledge and insights gained through the programs and become informed and active participants in Ethiopia’s growing capital market.

All participants were awarded certificates of completion in recognition of their commitment and successful completion of the programs. CISI scholarships were also awarded to the top-performing participants from both the Summer Camp and Online Investor Education Program.

The programs provided valuable opportunities to strengthen financial knowledge, deepen awareness, and encourage meaningful participation in Ethiopia’s growing capital market.
