Companies Intending to go Public – IPO

An initial public offer (IPO) is an offer made to the public by a company that did not previously offer its securities to the public. This may also include a company who has its previous offer but all of these securities have been re-acquired by the company.

Publicly Held Companies

Are issuers of securities where the securities of a share company have been subject to a public subscription and that are currently held by more than fifty (50) security holders.
