ECMA Licenses Gadaa Securities Dealer S.C.

The Ethiopian Capital Market Authority (ECMA) has granted a Capital Market Service Provider (CMSP) license to Gadaa Securities Dealer S.C., authorizing the firm to operate as a Securities Dealer.

In addition to the license, ECMA approved the registration of four Appointed Representatives and the appointment of six Board Directors. Issued on December 24, 2025, the license increases the total number of licensed CMSPs in Ethiopia to 14, with 2 Securities Dealers now operating nationwide.

The Ethiopian Capital Market Authority congratulates Gadaa Securities S.C and reiterates its unwavering commitment to fostering a strong, inclusive, and resilient capital market that supports sustainable economic growth and investor protection in Ethiopia.
