The Authority is mandated to issue licenses to intermediaries, consider various applications by issuers of securities, and approve the registration of Collective Investment Schemes, corporate actions, and restructurings, among other products offered in the capital markets.

Submission of Applications

To Apply For a License, Follow these Steps

  1. Complete the self assessment form and bring statutory documents to the ECMA office once complete.
  2. Submit your business plan, financial statements, and identification documents.
  3. Ensure all submissions comply with statutory provisions.
