የእኛ የቁጥጥር ስርዓት ሰነደ ሙዓለ ንዋይ አውጭዎች የስነምግባር መርሆችን እንዲከተሉ እና ግልጽነትን እንዲጠብቁ ያስችላቸዋል።
ሰነደ ሙዓለ ንዋይ አውጭዎች ማለት ከሕዝብ ካፒታል ለመሰብሰብ ሰነደ ሙዓለ ንዋዮችን ለሽያጭ ለማቅረብ የተፈቀደላቸው አካላት ናቸው። እነሱም የሚከተሉትን ያካትታሉ:
የመጀመሪያ ዙር የሕዝብ ሽያጭ ማለት አስቀድሞ የኩባንያው ሰነደ ሙዓለ ንዋዮች ለሕዝብ በሽያጭ ባልቀረቡበት ሁኔታ፤ ወይም አስቀድሞ ለህዝብ በሽያጭ የቀረቡት የኩባንያው አክሲዮኖች ከጊዜ በኋላ ሙሉ በሙሉ በኩባንያው ተመልሰው በተገዙበት ሁኔታ፣ ማንኛውንም የአንድ ኩባንያ ሰነደ ሙዓለ ንዋዮች ለሕዝብ ለመሸጥ ማቅረብ ነው።
በሕዝብ ባለቤትነት የተያዘ ሰነደ ሙዓለ ንዋዮች አውጪ ሲሆኑ አንድ የአክሲዮን ማኅበር ለሕዝብ ሽያጭ ክፍት በሆነ መለኩ የተዘጋጁ እና በአሁኑ ወቅት ከአምሳ (50) በላይ በሆኑ ባለቤቶች ባለቤትነት የተያዙ ሰነደ ሙዓለ ንዋዮች ናቸው።
