የኢትዮጵያ የካፒታል ገበያ ባለሥልጣን በካፒታል ገበያው ውስጥ ያሉ ተሳታፊዎች የባለሥልጣኑ አዋጅ፣ ደንቦችና መመሪያዎች ማክበራቸውን ለማረጋገጥ የገበያ ተሳታፊዎችን የመመርመር ሥልጣን አለው። ይኸውም በስራ ቦታቸው ላይ በመገኘት ወይም ከስራ ቦታቸው ውጭ፣ ቅድመ ማስጠንቀቂያ ሰጥቶ ወይም ሳይሰጥ የሚደረግ ምርመራን ጨምሮ ሁሉንም አስፈላጊ የሆኑ መዝገቦቻቸውን እና ሪከርዶቻቸውን ያለገደብ መመርመርን ይጨምራል።
እነዚህን ፍተሻዎች ሲያካሂድ፣ የኢካገባ ከሌሎች የመንግስት አካላት እና ግብረ ሃይሎች ጋር መተባበር እና አስፈላጊ ሆኖ ሲገኝ ሰራተኞቹን፣ የህግ አስከባሪዎችን እና ኦዲተሮችን ሊጠቀም ይችላል።
ፈቃድ ያላቸው የካፒታል ገበያ አገልግሎት ሰጭዎች እና ሰራተኞቻቸው በኢካገባ ከሚደረጉ ፍተሻዎች እና ምርመራዎች ጋር ሙሉ በሙሉ የመተባበር ፤ መረጃ ሲጠየቁ ፈጣን ምላሽ የመስጠት ግዴታ አለባቸው።
የኢካገባ ፍትሃዊ፣ ግልጽ እና ቀልጣፋ የካፒታል ገበያ አካባቢን ለማስጠበቅ ብሎም ለምርመራ አስፈላጊ የሆነውን ማንኛውንም መረጃ የመጠየቅ መብቱ የተጠበቀ ነው።
